Phase 1 - Days 1 - 3 

Each day includes:

3x 330ml Smoothies + 1 Balanced Meal

Phase 1 - Days 4 - 7

Each day includes:

2x 330ml  Smoothies  + 2 Balanced Meals

We will also add a bottle of our anti-inflammatory and antioxidant Turmeric Shot and a bag of an organic Matcha Green Tea. 

Each meal is packed with Sirtfoods like: celery, broccoli and other greens, cocoa, dates, fish, nuts, white cheese, chicken, and many more.

If you have more weight to lose, you can repeat this phase as desired until you achieve your goal. 

 

Phase 2 - 7 days Maintenance 

Each day includes:

1 x 330 ml Green Smoothie + 3 balanced Meals

We will also add a bottle of our anti-inflammatory and antioxidant Turmeric Shot and a bag of an organic Matcha Green Tea. 

Each meal is packed with Sirtfoods like: celery, broccoli and other greens, cocoa, dates, fish, nuts, white cheese, chicken, and many more.

This 7-day Maintenance Phase is intended to help you lose weight steadily. 

It is highly recommended to accomplish at least 14 days of the Maintenance Phase.


The two phases can be repeated whenever you like for a fat-loss boost.

 

What is a Sirtfood diet?

Sirtfood diet has been created by two nutritional medicine experts Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten.

It is very often associated with Adele's weight loss, as she has lost her weight following this plan.

This diet is based on research on sirtuins, a group of seven proteins found in the body that has been shown to regulate a variety of functions, including metabolism, inflammation and lifespan.
