Fab Box reserves the right to change the meal plans if necessary. We only use fresh ingredients and may need to use substitutes for those which are not available. 

Fab Box provides you with meal plans which are healthy and nutritious, we do not however guarantee weight loss or improvement to your health. If you have any concerns about your current health, please contact your doctor for advice.

Juice detox program has been created by healthy people only. It should not be used by a person with health problems and pregnant women. Please rad our guidelines very carefully before starting this detox.

Our meal plans should not be used by people with severe allergies.We place labels on each meal specifying various allergens which may be included in our food. Please contact us if you need some more information or advice.

Cancellations or changes to delivery date should be made within 1 hour of placing the order. If order is not cancelled within 1 hour, refund will not be issued unless we can find a replacement for your order.

Any changes to meal plans lasting more than 1 week should be made 3 days in advance.

Fab Box Limited and its delivery team are not responsible for lost or stolen products once they have been delivered. If you believe your fab boxes have been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will review each case individually and decide whether refund should be issued. 

If the information published on our website contains an error. Fab Box reserves the right to correct this error. This may result in cancellation or changes to your order. This error may relate to our pricing, product description, promotional offers, delivery charges and times of delivery.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
